The vast majority of us, today, are locked up at home. This for some may be a bit overwhelming but I think it is the perfect time to enjoy our home and perform activities that help us relax and improve our anxiety.
Air is a critical resource and needs to be free from pollution that often affects most of our cities. Industrialized cities have factory smoke, while pollution from internal combustion engines that most automobiles use, does create haze and smog over a city.
