On a rainy October day in South Melbourne, sitting here in my office I am hungry. I don't really know what to order from Uber Eats today. It's too cold to go out and walk anywhere, so I'll get food delivered. It occurs to me that I've probably never had sushi delivered, so I check out what's available. Amongst the tabs of different South Melbourne sushi restaurants I can order online from, I see one that has some unusual Japanese fusions. I knew I had to try it and to order a few things so I can save some for lunch tomorrow.
